Bashir and Kagame discuss peace in CAR

The President of the Republic, Marshal Omar Al-Bashir, discussed with his Rwandan counterpart and African Union President, Paul Kagame, on Monday, the possibility of supporting the peace and stability process in Central African Republic as Rwanda is the main country in the peacekeeping mission in Bangui.

The Foreign Minister, Dr. Aldirderi Mohammed Ahmed, said in a press statement, that the meeting took place on the sidelines of the 32nd Ordinary Summit of the African Union in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa.

The meeting also discussed the role that could be played by the Sudanese and Rwandan sides to support the presidential forces in Central Africa so that it can carry out its tasks To the fullest extent to provide the security and stability required for the implementation of the Agreement.
