Sisi affirms his support for the Sudanese people’s choices

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi affirmed his country’s support for the security and stability of Sudan and their support for the will and choices of the Sudanese people.
Prime Minister Abdallah Hamdok arrived in Cairo on Wednesday for his second foreign visit. He was received at the airport by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
el-Sisi pointed out to provide all forms of support to Sudan and accelerate the implementation of joint development projects, such as the electrical connection and the railway line.
President Sisi stressed, according to Ambassador Bassam Radi, the official spokesman for the Egyptian presidency, to support bilateral cooperation in a consistent framework of mutual respect and common interest.
For his part, Dr. Hamdok expressed his appreciation for the Egyptian support and expressed his hope to benefit during the current stage of Egyptian experiences in the field of development projects and economic reform.
Hamdok briefed the Egyptian leadership on the developments in Sudan after the success of the revolution and the challenges facing the transitional government.
