President of the Sudanese Congress Party Omar Al-Digair expressed his optimism about reaching a comprehensive peace agreement in a short period of time, pointing out that there is a real will for all political forces to end any disagreement, especially as the Sudanese people aspire to achieve peace.
“The dialogue will be between the Sudanese government and the armed movements without the involvement of any other parties, a Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue to accomplish the peace process,” Digair said in an exclusive interview with “Extra News” channel.
Sudan Call alliance is holding meetings in Egypt’s Ain Sokhna resort, with the participation of party heads and leaders from Sudanese political parties.
Al-Digair pointed out that “Sudan’s call Alliance” is a major part of the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change. The meetings aim to address the internal situation in the coalition after moving from the stage of confrontation with the regime to face the current challenges.
Al-Digair explained that Sudan Call Alliance includes parties with similar visions to the challenges in Sudan, including the economic challenge, the peace file and the enforcement of justice for those who committed crimes against the Sudanese people.
